Cross-cultural training

Cross-cultural training - why?

The short film was made by the Goethe -Institut. It makes clear, why in our global Business, cross-cultural competence is no longer just a "nice to have" qualification.

Successful international Business relationships are not only "economic data"; but in particular the understanding of different mantalities is of central importance.
Intercultural competence is considered to be the main competence of the 21st century.

Language skills and respect for the other culture, as well as the ability to think about the own cultral boundaries and to act so, are prerequisites for a safe and successful appearance in an international economic area.
